Do you price in £?
Yes. All plans bill in pounds sterling. VAT receipts are issued automatically after payment.

Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime. If you’re on annual billing we’ll refund unused months within your 14-day guarantee window.
Where is my data stored?
Data is hosted in the UK/EU with encryption in transit and at rest. See our security page for details.
How do quotas work?
Each workspace tracks module/action usage (for example AI generation vs. support responses) with monthly/weekly periods. Limits are enforced before overruns and surfaced to admins.
Do you support 2FA?
Yes. Admins must enroll in two-factor authentication, and audit logs record privileged changes. Recovery guidance is included during setup.
How fast is support?
